Tips & Tricks For TLH and Uterine Artery Ligation

This is a video lecture on Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy(TLH) tips & Tricks, with focus on Uterine Artery Ligation.

The recognition and skill to create spaces are crucial in Minimally Invasive Gynaecologic Surgery. In this lecture The vital medial Okabayashi versus lateral Latzko approach to entry of retroperitoneal space was shared.

Video demonstration on how to perform Type A extrafascial hysterectomy for endometrial cancer as well as easy approach for pelvic lymphadenectomy were shown. Also shown was the technique to prepare retroperitoneum for type C1 or Type 2 PRS Laparoscopic Radical Hysterectomy.

Towards the end, techniques for permanent or temporary uterine artery ligation were shown.
